What makes this place stand out:

Sante hit Spokane in 2008 with the slogan 'eat globally, act locally' reflecting their mix of 'European techniques, Northwest products.' Here pretty much everything is prepared in-house, all the way from the ketchup and mustard to anything from their extensive charcuterie menu. Eat from their constantly revolving menu or bring cured meats home for your own cooking. Either option is a testament to the variety a place like Sante can bring to town. You can also find them at many community events, often hosted in their own locales.

Sante is a strong addition to the increasing amount of locavore style restaurants we're seeing in Spokane.
