What makes this place stand out:

Agave is the brainchild of Ian Wingate, a chef who has made a reputation for himself locally as the former chef of The Davenport's Palm Court, as well as Moxie, which still is going strong. And while Moxie is all about Asian/American fusion, Agave is more about a "south of the border" style. Traditional Mexican flavors, with tortillas and a selection of meats provided by De Leon, are fusioned with modern American cuisine, making Agave one of the first successful upscale Latin offerings in Spokane.

Agave also features a top-shelf tequila bar, as well as a range of Mexican beers on tap.
